Hi, I'm Anna

I'm a Level 6 Certified Sleep Consultant and qualified Norland Nanny with years of experience working with infants, toddlers and pre-teens and their families.

I became a sleep consultant after seeing so many of the families I worked with facing the same battles each night. I wanted to do more than just be there during the day. I wanted to help so that both the parents and children in my care were well rested, and enjoying family time together again.

I work with families from 5 months through to pre-teen. Each age has different sleep needs, and I tailor my approach accordingly, whether it's establishing healthy foundations for a baby or addressing older children's sleep challenges.

I promise you, you're not alone. One size doesn’t fit all and I can help equip you with effective tools and guide you with confidence through this journey of getting your little one to sleep again. Small adaptions to your routine can change a whole night of sleep.
