I work with families from 5 months through to pre-teen. Each age has different sleep needs, and I tailor my approach accordingly, whether it's establishing healthy foundations for a baby or addressing older children's sleep challenges. I am also happy to offer guidance for babies under 5 months old however I do not recommend sleep training until that age as their brains haven’t mature enough for structured schedules, and often need more frequent feedings during the night. Do get in touch for questions regarding babies who are younger, as there are plenty of healthy habits we can put into place.

With consistency, after the first three-five nights you should start to see results. Within 2 weeks you will start to see huge improvements and many children will be able to sleep through from then on.
-
Consistency is helpful, but I've worked with many families where one parent takes the lead. My 1:1 package includes partner guidance to help get everyone aligned, and I can provide strategies that work even when approaches differ.
-
I aim to respond promptly and will get back to you the same day. You can message me anytime with questions, updates, or concerns. Many parents find it reassuring to have real-time support during those tricky nap transitions or bedtime moments.
-
Every family is different, so there isn’t a single method that fits everyone. Depending on your child’s age and current routine, we might look at things like small adjustments to bedtime timing, creating a calmer wind- down routine, helping your child learn to settle more independently or improving nap structure during the day. Often it’s a series of small changes that make the biggest difference.
-
You'll keep your personalised sleep plan forever, along with all the knowledge and techniques you've learned. Many families find they're confident to handle future sleep regressions on their own. If you ever feel you’d benefit from further guidance in the future, additional support sessions can always be arranged.

Nature of the service
Sleep consultancy provides guidance and strategies designed to help improve children’s sleep habits. It is not medical service and does not replace advice from a GP, health visitor or paediatrician. If parents have any concerns about your child’s health, feeding or development, you should seek medical advice.
Individual Results
Every child and family is different. While many families begin to see improvements within the first one to two weeks, results cannot be guaranteed. Progress depends largely on consistency in following the agreed sleep plan.
Suitability For Sleep Support
Parents are responsible for ensuring your child does not have any known medical conditions affecting sleep before beginning the program. If any concerns arise that may require medical input, families may be advised to seek guidance from your GP or health visitor.
Parent Commitment
Successful sleep charges require consistency and commitment from caregivers. Families agree to follow the agreed sleep plan as closely as possible and to communicate any difficulties during the support period so that adjustments can be made where appropriate.
Payments
Full payment is required in advance in order to secure the consultancy package.
Cancellations and Refunds
If a family decides not to proceed after payment, but before the consultation has taken place, a refund may be considered. Once the consultation has taken place and the personalised sleep plan has been created, refunds are generally not available due to the personalised nature of my service.
Confidentiality
All personal information shared during consultations will be kept confidential and used only in the purpose of providing sleep support.
Agreement
By booking and paying for sleep consultancy services, families confirm that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
