I offer 1–1 sleep consultancy because I believe personalised support is the most helpful way to truly support families. Parents often come to me already tired and overwhelmed, and choosing between multiple packages can add unnecessary pressure. A simple, tailored 1–1 approach removes that burden and allows me to focus fully on your child, your family, and what will genuinely work for you.

Step 1. Discovery Call
We start with a free 15-minute call to understand your family's unique sleep challenges.
Step 2. In-Depth Assessment
Over 4 days, I gather detailed information about your baby's patterns, feeding schedule, and routine.
Step 3. Personalised Plan
You will receive a comprehensive, step-by-step sleep plan tailored to your child and family which we will discuss in length during a FaceTime call.
Step 4. Ongoing Support
I guide you through implementation over 3 weeks with WhatsApp support and a follow-up call.
