I offer 1-2-1 sleep consultancy because I believe personalised support is the most helpful way to truly support families. Parents often come to me already tired and overwhelmed, and choosing between multiple packages can add unnecessary pressure. A simple, tailored 1–1 approach removes that burden and allows me to focus fully on your child, your family, and what will genuinely work for you.

Discovery Call
We start with a free 15-minute call to understand your family's unique sleep challenges.
Step 2.
In-Depth Assessment
I will send you a diary for you to fill in over 4 days to understand each aspect of your routine.
Step 3.
Personalised Plan
I will create a comprehensive, step-by-step sleep plan tailored to your child which we will discuss in length during a virtual call.
Step 4.
Ongoing Support
I guide you through implementation over 3 weeks with WhatsApp support and a follow-up call.
